My Message of the Month
Giving Thanks


There was a three-day feast in 1621 where the Wampanoag people and the English Pilgrims celebrated a successful harvest and their friendship. This event was peaceful and filled with gratitude for the gift of abundance and new neighbors.


In 1863, President Abraham Lincoln established Thanksgiving as a holiday to be celebrated annually on the last Thursday of November. This day is a time to give thanks for the abundance of life and the harvests of the year. It's also a time to give thanks for all the blessings in both good times and bad.
 
Each one of us come into the physical realm by choice or free will. Deciding to come into the human experience, we are responsible for our own individual destiny.
Each of us has the choice regarding what we decide to do and with whom.
We can opt to listen to our brain or our heart to achieve the life we aspire.


When things don't go our way, we can take the time to digest it and then choose to look at it from a different perspective. We always have the choice to turn things around in our lives that can bring us happiness and joy. Learning from the good and the difficult is not the end of your adventure. It is only the beginning of a new episode in your physical journey. You have to close one door in order to open another.


In order to achieve what you desire, you must come from a place of self love, and begin your day with gratitude. No matter how you see yourself, you cannot succeed if you don't embrace the beauty of you. Don't beat yourself or others down if things are not going your way. Change your thoughts and be grateful for what you do have and allow others to be who they need to be. You always, at anytime have the choice to see your cup as half full instead of half empty.


Let's vibrate thoughts of Love, Hope and Happiness to our self as well as those around us.
If you cannot love yourself you cannot possibly know how to love. That applies to having hope and happiness as well. When we live in our truth we allow others to do the same. No matter how things go in life, there is always someone or some reason to be grateful.


Gratitude is an expression of light energy, a direct connection to Divine Source.
Make everyday a day of Thanksgiving, embracing your passion and joy, experiencing gratitude for just being you!
