My Message of the Month
Where is your Heart?
February is a month of many holidays. American Heart Month and Valentines Day are just two of many celebrated this month. Depending on your perspective, both can simulate a broken or a healthy heart.
The heart represents the giving and taking of love and life. When you give you should be able to balance that by receiving back. This keeps the heart moving freely and harmoniously throughout the body.
Where is your heart ?
In life we should allow our hearts to be open to all that is joyous and loving.
Staying in a place of our joy is the vibration of love. It is hard to imagine being miserable within and at the same time resonating love to others. It is like water and oil, feelings that just don't mix. When you are feeling bleak, which is dark energy, how do you attract that which is bright? How do you ask the Universe to provide for you when you can't imagine that feeling in the present moment. Does one attract true love when they are not in a place of true love to begin with?
The heart is the center of our truth, it teaches us to feel pain and to feel happiness.
Once we experience these feelings it is up to us to go within and understand how to make
this awareness work to our advantage. Holding on to pain continues the feeling of conflict and echo's more of the same. Learning from that pain how you would prefer to feel changes what you vibrate and brings to you more of what you desire.
Caring for yourself unconditionally allows you to be able to care for others.
Asking for things that you think you need suggests that you are asking for things to come into your life from a place of need. Can one be happy with people and situations when coming from a vibration of need instead of a vibration of joy? If you are not already in a joyous state you will not draw to you what you truly desire. Remember you get what you desire based on how you ask for it.
Take care of your heart by giving your heart. Receive what you desire when asking from a place of your happiness.
Have a Happy Valentines Day!
May you find love inside and outside your heart.
In joy,
Dino
